Chiropractor, Bridgeport Family Chiropractic
Dr. Jeff Winchester graduated from the University of Waterloo with a degree in Honours Kinesiology in 1986. Jeff then attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, graduating in 1991. Bridgeport Family Chiropractic is the name of his practice in Waterloo where he sees new born children to adults in their 90’s as well as many families. His practice is about total health which includes diet and exercise and hinges on the 5 essentials of Maximized Living; maximized mind, nerve supply, quality nutrition, oxygen and lean muscle and minimized toxins. Dr. Winchester puts on various free talks at his practice which touch on the above essentials and more. Jeff has been married to his wife Linda for 20 years and has two children Adam and Mitchell.
Jeff is a high performance Maximized Living chiropractor for the Colorado Rapids professional soccer team and 2010 MLS champions and has also been a volunteer chiropractor for the Matmen Wrestling Club (2010 Canadian Cadet Champions) for the past 3 years. Most recently, he has been the chiropractor for the University of Brock wrestling team and they won the Canadian National University Championship in 2014 for the first time ever. Jeff certainly practices what he preaches and has completed 4 marathons including the world renowned Boston Marathon in 2011. He has also completed The Muskoka ½ Ironman in September of 2013 and as part of his goal setting for 2014, will be completing 3 marathons and 2 ½ Ironman's.
Outside of work, Jeff is an active speaker throughout many churches and businesses in the Kitchener-Waterloo region. He also has a segment on 94.3 Faith FM on Tuesday’s at 11:30am and is currently in his fourth year with the radio station.
